Hours Our standard appointment hours are 8am to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Veterinary Surgical Specialists and Veterinary Specialists, Internal Medicine are referral-based appointments only. Your veterinarian must submit referrals to VSS or VS Internal Medicine. Once referrals are received, you will receive a telephone call from our scheduler to set up appropriate appointment times. Any questions regarding scheduling, please call during these times. Albuquerque Animal Emergency Clinic services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Should your pet need emergency assistance, please feel free to call or walk in and one of emergency veterinarians will provide your pet with the immediate attention your pet needs. Payment Options VESCNM offers many flexible payment options. We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard. Financing is also available through an independent company, Care Credit. For more information regarding Care Credit,please ask one of our customer service representatives. Payment is due at time of service. When leaving the hospital you may have two or more different bills to pay. VESCNM is home to multiple businesses, each owned separately. If your pet sees multiple doctors or practices, each doctor will usually have a separate invoice.
